You can use points to:

Are there any limitations or expiration on points? 

Points have no expiration. You can spend them all at once or save them up for a bigger purchase. 

Can points be transferred to other customers like friends or family members? 

Points are not transferrable between accounts. 

What actions can I take that will earn points? 

  • Stick with the Bluebonnet plan and earn 25 VoltPoints for each month you remain a customer 
  • Stick with Premier+ benefits subscription add-on and earn 25 VoltPoints for each month you continue to pay for the subscription 
  • Participate in games like the monthly trivia question to earn extras 
  • Follow BKV Energy on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube

Does the program impact any existing benefits or discounts? 

This program does not have an impact on any existing benefits or discounts. It’s another crucial piece of Premier+ benefits we are providing to enhance your experience!

How can I sign up for the rewards program? 

You can gain access to BKV Energy Rewards by enrolling in a Bluebonnet plan or by paying for Premier+ benefits subscription add-on. 

When you are eligible, you will receive an email with steps to guide you through setting up a password and logging into your account to start earning points. 

Upon first login, you will be prompted to set your own custom secure password, which can be updated whenever you’d like in the “My Account” section of the rewards portal. 

Who can I contact for help with the rewards program? 

Contact the BKV Energy customer support team via email, text, phone call, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. Customers can also get support through the Support link in the footer of the rewards website at https://bkvenergyrewards.com  

Is there a mobile app or website for tracking rewards and using points? 

There is no mobile app. You can track rewards and use points at https://bkvenergyrewards.com. 

How often and when do I get more points? 

Points are awarded on the first of every month, and upon completion of specific actions, games, and challenges. 

What are VoltPoints? 

VoltPoints are not cash, but they are pomotional rewards that can be used to enter daily, weekly, and monthly gift card giveaway raffles, or to get exclusive savings and discounts from grocery stores, restaurants, and local and online retailers. 

How do I login to my account? 

Visit https://bkvenergyrewards.com to login.  

I forgot my username/password.

Visit https://bkvenergyrewards.com and click Login. Then, select “Help Logging In” from the pop-up window and enter your information to reset your password.
